Ciro' DOC Rosso Superiore Riserva Barricato This special reserve of approximately 3000 bottles is product of an exquisite harvest and 6 years careful maturation at the winery. Prior to reaching the bottle the wine touches wood for four months in one of Linardi's 225 liter oak 'allien' barrels, in order to delicately blend the pleasant oak tannins with the distinctive and noble Riserva style. Linardi Riserva has a remarkable ruby colour and warm orange reflections. The wine's bouquet recalls sensations of the wild rose, spices, leather and cinnamon. This Riserva is full bodied, intense and rich, with added complexity due to its period of oak aging. Linardi Collio Riserva has an exceptional cellar life and will maintain its optimal characteristics for at least 10 years from the date of harvest. This limited edition bottle is crafted entirely by hand and comes with an optional pair of sealing wax openers. This useful accessory enables the complete removal of the wax seal with one simple action.   Vintage: 1993 Alcohol: 13,5 % Serving temperature : 18° It is advisable to uncork the wine a few hours before serving.
