Ciro' DOC White"Bisanzio"

Linardi's Bisanzio range is derived from grapes grown in selected coastal and hillside d.o.c. vineyards. Each year Francesco and Roberto Linardi choose the most suitable vineyards according to the nature of the harvest. This wine has been especially developed to be enjoyed when young and it responds favourably to the needs of a wide range of tastes.

The perfectly ripe Greco Bianco grapes used for this wine are harvested, pressed delicately and then the must is passed into temperature controlled steel vinifiers for fermentation. The wine's is carefully matured and developed for 6 months prior to bottling in spring. Cirò Bianco is a pale yellow wine with golden hues, it has a delicate nose, recalling summer fields, green apples and banana. On tasting the apple flavour prevails along with a pleasant fresh and crisp finish.
